Remember Summer thunderstorms? Remember the smell of the grass after the rain? Remember puddles and worms and birds happily chirping? Remember lightning bugs at dusk? Remember that first bite of watermelon; the juice running down your chin? Remember your pet’s fur against your leg? Remember that feeling, in that moment, when nothing else mattered?
Remember swinging so high that you felt you could fly away to a land of magic where anything was possible? Remember reading that first book that gave you hope for your future? Remember your tiny hand in the hand of a loved one who made you feel safe? Remember the smell of a friend’s house; the familiar and comforting promise of fun times? Remember the taste of a home cooked meal, surrounded by friends, family and laughter? Remember that feeling, in that moment, when nothing else mattered?

Remember the smell of a newborn baby's fuzzy head? Remember the feel of their tiny, soft hand wrapped ‘round your finger? Remember their big, dependent eyes, wobbling head and startled gaze? Remember that feeling when they relax against you and sigh in contentment? Remember that feeling, in that moment, when nothing else mattered?
Remember love for the first time? Remember when you discovered that you were the Source? Remember when you became your own best friend? Remember when you realized that you were the author of your own life story? Remember when you got yourself back up and tried again? Remember joy? Remember that feeling, in that moment, when nothing else mattered?

Remember. Joy.
