As a current registered nurse and board certified health and wellness coach, I love bringing my clinical expertise and compassionate approach to a subject that is very personal to me. I have lived with the pain of migraine for the past 25 years, and I have learned to take control, reframe my pain and live my best life, in spite of my migraines.

In this demanding, fast-paced world, you often need to pause and take a breath. Giving your body permission to reset and recharge can feel wrong and inconvenient. Learning to allow this as necessary and important can be life changing!
Mindful Living
Reframing your negative thought patterns, objectively observing your feelings and emotions, and taking your time to respond in gratitude, can help you effectively deal with stressors and achieve nervous system balance. Taking the time to breathe and properly respond to each thought, feeling or situation can help you create the life that you desire.
Adopt a Healthy Lifestyle
We are all created equal, yet uniquely individual. Your body is one-of-a-kind and so is your pain experience. Together, we will create a plan that is as unique as you are! It is important to me that this is a sustainable plan that can last many years and become your new normal.

We will strive for progress, not perfection! I facilitate a safe space where you can have a vision, set goals and acquire the tools and accountability needed to reach these goals.
Pain Management
Pain is most often your biggest obstacle, and living with chronic pain or migraine can often seem limiting. Realizing we can tell our bodies what kind of experience to have can open up possibilities you didn’t think attainable, and a relationship with pain where you are in control!
